Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature works on the free plan. Pro only adds a separate, branded copy of the bot with your own name and avatar.
Who can use the dashboard for my server?
Anyone with Manage Server. You can also give other roles access to specific areas, either to change settings or just to look, from Panel Access.
What permissions does it need?
The invite asks for what its moderation features use, like managing roles and messages, kicking and banning. If a permission is missing, the dashboard's Health Check and the feature itself will tell you.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, including custom bot hosting: each custom bot gets its own reserved hosting space and takes time to set up, run and shut down again. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. See Payments, Pro and custom bot hosting in the Terms.
What data does Peacekeeper keep?
Only what features need, like settings, moderation cases and ticket transcripts. If Peacekeeper is removed, your server's data is deleted after 24 hours and its cases after another 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.
I was banned or punished by Peacekeeper. What now?
You can appeal without signing in on the appeals page. It goes to the staff of the server involved, or to the Peacekeeper team for global bans.
